Don’t pass up this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom well-maintained home.

Located in a central location and close to MCRD Parris Island (about 6 miles away). Perfect for families of those who are graduating!

You will love the peaceful backyard, which is fenced-in, making it more child-friendly and great for enjoying its half-acre lot.

All bedrooms have beautiful bedroom sets. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full/double-sized bed.

One full bathroom is located located in the hallway, near the three bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located just off the sitting area, near the dining and living rooms.

Kitchen is equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) and basic essentials (small appliances, utensils, flatware, dishes,etc.).

The house was cute are family fit perfectly in it. There was a few issue we had. There was trash left from previous people. Didn't pick it up till the lastnight we were there. Stinky.. the fans needed to be dusted. We fount food and wrappers under and one the couch. The smoke detector was always going off. Asked how to shut it off there was no response.the outside had a big deck with chairs falling apart was not able to sit down. Over all this was a cute house. Just needed a little tlc.

Cozy home with everything we needed for the weekend! Beds were comfy, water was hot and AC was cold, just what you need in the SC heat at the beach! Centrally located to good food and activities.

Wonderful long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this very cute bungalow in Port Royal. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The hosts answered the questions I had and listed a few places to see & restaurants to try. We would definitely stay here again!

The location and neighborhood was perfect for our stay to attend my grandson's graduation from Marine boot camp. We would have awarded the stay Excellent except that the water heater was off the first night. Joanna was quick to contact us the next day to tell us how to turn it on. The Beaufort area has a nice Publix and if you go to the historical area of downtown Beaufort, try the Magnolia Cafe.

We had everything we needed and communication with owners was fabulous! The only thing we would add is a grill out back because it would have helped us from eating out all the time! We recommend this place for sure!
