This private owner’s suite offers all the luxuries of a standard hotel room, plus extras like a pullout sleeper sofa, stackable washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. Nine-foot, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a private balcony with seating and lounge furniture.
Located directly on A1A and across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach, you’ll be steps from beachfront shops, dining, and nightlife. Please note: the entire building, including balconies, is non-smoking.

👨👩👧 Maximum Occupancy: Applies to guests ages 13+. Children 12 & under do not count toward occupancy limits. Violations will result in immediate removal with no refund.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

Fort Lauderdale dubbed the “Venice of America,” is the yachting capital of the world. The city offers easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If ecotourism is your interest visit Everglades National Park where you can view the wildlife (and feed marshmallows to alligators). Seminole Hard Rock Casino, where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining, is less than thirty minutes away.
Overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and warm golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this unit is in the heart of all the action. The boardwalk is lined with shops, restaurants, and more. Las Olas Blvd, where guests can find more upscale shopping, dining, and nightlife, is only a mile away. There are multiple fishing charters, bike rentals, beach volleyball, water sport rentals and more right outside your front door.
