Beautiful Private Home in Gated Community -multiple month discounts

This is a 2500 sq.ft. home located in quiet, security gated community on a salt water canal in Old Pelican Bay. It also has two docks with a 10,000 lb. boat lift if you chose to bring your boat. We have completely remodeled this home. It is beautifully decorated with upscale furniture with all the amenities you will need for a great vacation. We have 2 bikes, a two person kayak, pool toys and beach accessories.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful furnishings and large master bathroom with jacuzzi. Other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and full bathrooms. In the living room area is a full size pull out sofa bed. The living room has a 65 in. Smart TV with a DVD player. TV's are also located in the basement and master bedroom. You can enjoy cable tv and we have High speed internet for your own use to stay conected to family and friends.
The house is equipped with updated furniture, nice towels and linens.
The kitchen comes supplied with everything you will need if you chose to cook at home. It also has an awesome grill for your use.
The lower level has a shuffle-board table with a large TV and furniture to relax on. We have pool toys and furniture for you to use as you relax in the pol area or hot tub. We also have beach chairs and umbrella that you can use if you go to the beach.
Enjoy the beautful view of the canal. Fish off of the dock for Snook, Snapers, etc. Located 1.5 miles to Ft. Myers beach-you can catch a trolley to/from beach every 20 minutes just down the street on San Carlos Blvd. We are only a 4 minute canal boat ride to the ocean. Awesome location for all you fishermen.

Very close to Sanibel (approx. 10 miles), and Captiva. Great location for awesome restuarants, shopping centers and grocery stores are just up the road.

I have a minimum of 30 days rental.

There is an additional $125 needed for a background check. Also I need a minimum of 3 weeks prior to renting to make sure the background check is complete.

Excellent stay!

We only came for long weekend and no one wanted to leave. Take the trolley to the beach if you stay here. No waiting in the long line to get to the beach, the trolleys fly right past the traffic in their own lane. Definitely the way to go! We will be checking here first for our next trip to Florida. Location to the beach is nice. The handyman stopped by to check on us and was really friendly. The homeowner was very accommodating to our special request. All around great trip and great people to work with.

A private paradise

We enjoyed our stay at 312200. The house is beautiful, yet livable, The owners are available and always helpful. The gated community was very quite and safe. We were able to ride bicycles on the street safely, to kayak down the canal, swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub. I would recommend renting a car if you are flying to this location. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Home and Great Hospitatlity!

My family stayed at this home for 2 weeks in December and were so happy with this house and it's owners! John and Karen were fantastic long-distance hosts and were dedicated to making sure our stay was enjoyable. The home is equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation and the location is ideal for mini-golfing, going to the beach and shopping and running errands to downtown Fort Myers. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

Great Home!

We loved staying at your Beautiful Retreat Home!!! The pool and spa were super clean and easy to use... the kids swam every day and had a ball! The canal view was relaxing and the home was very comfortable. We all enjoyed playing shuffleboard. We also spotted a few dolphins from the deck... what a fun vacation! Thank you!

Beutiful house

My family and I spent labor day weekend at this beatiful house, fishing off the dock it was awesome, the pool aera is very nice also, I would recommend any one that can take some time off away and enjoy this beautiful house. Thank you

Great place!

Our family of 5 stayed at this location in April 2010 and absolutely loved it! It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but not too far away from where the action is! We walked to a few nearby restaurants and also to a couple of the mini golf facilities nearby. The place is very clean and very updated. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone. The kids wanted to stay in the pool almost the entire trip. We could watch them play either from the lower level or from the upper deck, while we enjoyed a glass of wine and a snack. We did not try taking the trolley into town, but they seemed to be running quite frequently. If you are a runner, there are plenty of places to jog. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to go to Fort Myers, but doesn't necessarily want to stay on the beach.

A+ Property

This property is very well kept and in a fantastic location. The gated community is very quiet. The private pool offers a great alternative to the ocean saltwater. It is conveniently locacted close to Fort Myers Beach and many recreational activities. Sanibel/Captiva is an easy 20-25 minute drive. Wireless internet access allowed me to stay connected to work.
