Experience all the magic at this fully decorated themed Villa. This 7 bedroom 7 bath (plus game room) home has been designer decorated and includes whimsical themed rooms. Located just 6 miles from Disney in the spectacular Encore Resort at Reunion. Be on vacation everyday !!!

***POOL HEATING*** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. Street parking is available in many areas as well.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Stayed in here with my softball teams about 15 of us the house was perfect nothing broken everything worked .. I contacted the host a couple times and she got back to me within minutes . 10/10 !

Horriable experience

My family and I rented this property in July it was a nightmare as soon as we entered the apartment!! We had early check in and as soon we entered we saw dead bugs on different corners of the entry way. We thought okay let that be the worst our kids were preparing for a competition they had so they wanted to enjoy the pool before hand but it was un useable because it was filthy we called Omar he sent a cleaning lady later that day but nothing changed. Next day pool got worse looked like some kind of bacteria of the sort was in the water so two days kids were unable to use the pool. Theromstat was set at 80 you couldn't fix it and then he sent a handyman which as you could have guessed could not fix it we sweat all night even though handyman came multiple times. WiFi did not work, keurig was broken, lock upstairs was broken as well as toilet not flushing. The bunk bed in the Harry Potter room was not secured they just placed it on top of each other. It was horrendous do yourselves a favor and do not book with them. We stayed majority of our stay at our friends house who luckily was down the block.

Don’t stay/rent. Tried reaching out due to several property issue. No replies or follow up

There’s ceiling damage on the first floor. By the look of it it’s been that way for several months. There’s no billiards balls for pool table in garage along with every pool stick is broken. The couches Which is the place we went to with in the family room do not work/ recline. Upstairs there’s no light bulbs over the pool table and several ceiling fans light don’t work. Additionally the first floor is warm. Lastly the bbq is not usable for family of 9. Requested an appropriate bbq and no reply. Kept asking for assistance several time no answer and at one time they wanted to sell me additional service which I did not request. Can you help? This property management company is NOT recommended
