The property is situated at the connection point of 2 creeks. We have a full kitchen, formal dining room, living room w/gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an uncovered back deck w/BBQ Grill(Gas & Charcoal) and creek view, and a covered front porch w/swing and creek view. Adjacent to the back deck we have a creekside fire pit. Nearly every room in the house has a creek view. And, you will get the best sleep of your life listening to the sound of the creek rush by.

Come cozy up by the fireplace and/or watch the snow fall on the creek in the Winter. Swim/fish/hike in the Spring, Summer & Fall. There is a plethora of activities around the area to keep you busy that includes wineries & breweries, mountain or rail trail hiking, farms and farmers markets, top quality theater, delicious restaurants on Ellenville's restaurant row and in nearby villages/towns, music (Bethel Woods is nearby), skiing, kayaking... You name it, we have it! As a bonus, NYS stocks our creeks with trout every year.

We have a Farmer's Market / Creamery, Shoprite, Walmart and Hospital within a 10 minute drive. The Village of Ellenville(The Ville) is a 3 minute drive from the house. Sam's Point and Minnewaska State Park are a 15 minute drive. There is plenty of family friendly activities around!!!
