This is a quite basic apartment in a nice building. Great communications from Narissa; Comfortable bed; Clean; Working A/C; Windows with screens; Short walk into Roseau; Nice pool area; US & UK outlets; nice washer.

Very clean, well-equipped apartment. Great view. Universal electrical outlets are in every room. Additionally, portable adapters are provided. The apartment is extremely clean. AC units were amazing. The location is very convenient, with an easy walk to the main bus stop for transportation to other locations around the island. Strong and reliable Wi-Fi. All the conveniences of home. What was most amazing was the great communication and helpfulness of the host. I highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at VIP RESIDENCE in Kingshill and it was a truly wonderful experience. The highlights of my stay included: Cleanliness:The room and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious and quiet. Service:The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always friendly and attentive. Location: The property was ideally situated, close to food spots and supermarkets and more. Overall, I highly recommend VIP Residence and would love to return for another stay.

This neighborhood is in close proximity to the city. You can literally take a 10 minutes' walk to "Roseau", the capital of Dominica.

Being this close to town, you get to escape the noise of the city but still enjoy all that it has to offer.

The neighborhood is also safe and the people are very friendly. The local buses and taxis pass right infront the property for your added convenience.

What makes this property unique

The most unique aspects of this property: The Outdoor Pool, Breathtaking Sunsets and Cruiseships depature in the evening as they light up the ocean.

Come and enjoy this amazing pool all year round. From the property, will also enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and parts of the city. The sunsets are a must see and when there is a Cruise ship in port, you have a fantastic view of the ship. At night, seeing the lights of the ship and or the moon reflecting on the sea is just so awesome.
