This was a great experience! We stayed here while attending classes at Emory University for an intensive week of study. The property was clean, well stocked, and convenient. The host replied promptly to inquiries and made the stay very enjoyable! We will definitely stay again!
Traveled to Atlanta to take 2 18 year olds to a concert. I needed a place to stay that was close enough to the venue but still in a nice area. This place was perfect! Location was safe and quiet and the house was beautiful! Perfect layout, very clean and welcoming! Property owner was super communicative and nice. Checked in on us and was super friendly. Will stay here again!
The property was charming and well kept. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The outdoor deck off the upstairs kitchen was wonderful to have wine at night and coffee in the morning
Wonderful historic bungalow in Atlanta. The property is in a nice area that is reasonably proximate to downtown Atlanta, Decatur, restaurants and Emery University.
We got together with friends that we’ve not seen since the beginning of Covid. It was a great space for hanging out and visiting, especially with pretty sketchy weather. Lots of space and a very nice little market not too far away.
We visit Atlanta often and this is the first place my wife and I stayed that we really enjoyed. She even took pictures of how the host decorated their place to give her ideas. Place was clean and the host was very responsive. 5 Stars. Will def look to stay again. I didn't have this issue but this house is made for 6 people so if three families all traveled and drove, parking might be an issue. All street parking and only on one side and must all face one direction. Aside from that. A+
One of the best rental experiences I have ever had. I travel to the Atlanta area frequently and stay somewhere new each time. This is the first time I have considered booking the same place for a subsequent visit. The house was conveniently located, exquisitely decorated, and generously stocked (including coffee!!). Not having to set my bags down and immediately run back out to the store for those small necessities was a huge blessing! Allen was the perfect host. He and his beautiful family live next door, but never encroached on our space or made us uncomfortable in any way. It was only myself and one other adult staying here, but this property would also be great for families. We brought our own games, but they have a small collection of toys and games available, as well as a portable crib and toddler plates/utensils. 12/10 highly recommend! Thanks again for a wonderful stay <3
We are a family of 5 with three tall teenage boys and this place was perfect for us. I appreciated all of the extra linens and towels. Everything you need for coffee in the morning is provided (huge plus for us)! We had a short stay but we would definitely return to this home. Airport was 18min away👍
We were 3 adults, 2 young kids, and a baby. The place was beautiful and comfortable! 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plenty of communal space. Lots of fun games and toys for the kids and baby to play with which was amazing!! Enough dishes, seating, etc. Bathrooms had everything we needed. AC/heating was comfortable. Nice comfy carpet in bedrooms. Host was very communicative - there was an issue with the kitchen sink from the previous guests and he communicated with us throughout until it was fixed. Easy check in, check out, and my kids even played with the host’s kids next door a few times. Thank you for the lovely place!! We would definitely come back next time we’re in Atlanta!
Everything was wonderful. The house is in very nice neighborhood and it was quiet, comfortable and clean. We only needed to stay for one night but would stay longer next time! We were able to check in early which was much appreciated! The communication was excellent!
Convenient and lovely home setting for our stay. Full of comfortable places to sit, either upstairs in the quiet and peaceful living room or downstairs with family sitting and visiting in front of TV. Bedrooms are very nice and comfortable and everything has been updated in this nice old home. Manager/Owner super nice and accommodating.
What charming house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Tasteful decor and immaculately kept. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were greeted by the host who gave us great suggestions for food. I wish we could have stayed longer, we would love to come back next time in Atlanta. Thank you Allen for being a gracious host.
The house was clean and comfortable. The listing was accurate. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.
This charmingly decorated home was meticulously clean and conveniently located within 15 minutes of Emory where we attended my nephew’s graduation. The host was very responsive to our questions during our stay, too. We loved the little extras - hair conditioner, mints on the pillows and roses greeted us on our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.
Was an amazing experience. The house was just as seen in the photographs - very spacious and clean. Great location. Allen was always available for communication. Very close to all activities in Atlanta. We are definitely coming back here and I would recommend this place without any reservation.
My husband and I surprised our soon-to-be six year old granddaughter with a trip to the zoo and aquarium and brought along mommy, daddy, and baby brother, so we had 4 adults and 2 littles. With 2 rooms downstairs and one upstairs, it was the perfect place for us! It's located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood of Victorian style homes, super close to all attractions, and it had everything we needed to make it such a comfortable stay. There was plenty of family space both up and downstairs. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and the bedding absolutely luxurious. Everything was immaculate and we tried to keep it that way when we left. Checking in and out was super easy and convenient and our host, Allen, was super friendly and easily to connect with to help make our stay 5 stars! My granddaughter and I had a blast the last night we stayed...I convinced her the house was haunted and we had fun searching under the beds and in the closets for ghostly clues, lol. I will definitely be checking in with Allen the next time we visit the Atlanta area!
