Built in the 1920's, this historic two-level townhome/duplex is located on a quiet street in the Lake Claire neighborhood, a quaint intown community. Centrally located but within one of the safest areas in the city.
This duplex captures a view of Atlanta as the historic transportation hub of the South.
The main level embodies Atlanta’s role within the aviation sector of world history (WWII B29 Bombers/Delta).
The kitchen has of hints of Coca Cola (Founded in Atlanta, May 8, 1886), that leads to a private deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at Allan’s. The house was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipt. Plenty of room for our group (5 adults) to eat together, watch the game together (go Birds!) or get away for quiet time when needed. Allan was very responsive to texts. Quiet, clean and convenient place to stay while working in Atlanta for a week. Really appreciated the workspace in one of the downstairs bedrooms - just wish there'd been better lighting set in that room rather than the one small lamp.
