This 500 sq ft. home is equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, queen bed, & living area. Outside deck to enjoy your morning coffee with sweeping views of the Anderson Springs valley. Hot tub & outside gardens for your enjoyment. 2 guests max. & no pets. EV charger. Beautiful river 100 yards away to cool off swim, sit in shade ri read a book or play bocce ball

Beautiful guest house, close to Harbin Hat Springs

We had a relaxing weekend staying at this beautiful guest house and soaking at Harbin Hot Springs (about 15 mins away). We'll definitely be staying here again!

Anderson Springs

The place was a delight--small, but clean and good vibes. A real positive is that the place is so remote, so you have to trust your nav. getting there. Which was a plus for us.

Excellent

We had a relaxing getaway at John's place! John was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Coming from San Francisco, we weren't quite prepared for the windy road to Middletown or the climb up the gravel driveway. This ended up being a perfect excuse to relax and enjoy the property's amenities – the pool, hot tub, and stunning setting were perfect for unwinding. While we didn't explore the area as much as we initially planned, it turned into a peaceful retreat exactly what we needed.
