The 900 S TRAX Station provides excellent carless access to downtown, a mile to the north, and to the University of Utah and its regional medical center. Ski resorts are 30 minutes by car via the North Temple on ramp to I 15 and I 80.
This recently completed building offers a sunlight filled 2 bedroom unit accessed via the lobby and building elevator. The unit features a modernist esthetic with a full compliment of stainless steel appliances, granite and wood counter tops, and plenty of cook and dinnerware for a home cooked meal.
