Take all trash out. Please load ALL towels AND sheets and turn on the washing machine. We will take care of the comforters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking indoors. There will be a $200 fee for any evidence of smoking indoors or smoke smell.
No pets of any kind. There will be a $500 fee for any evidence of pets on the property and the reservation will immediately be cancelled.
