About this property

Home in Twin Falls - Cleaning #1 Priority

This is new 2022 built house with all the comforts of your own home. You will check-in on your own through a keypad when you arrive. During your stay you will have access to fully equipped kitchen. Access to full laundry room with soap and iron/ironing board which is great for longer stays. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit is also available in the house.

Garage is for our storage so it’s not available to park but Driveway and Street Parking are available.

Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Turkish cotton towel, sanitary products for women, makeup mirror, hair dryer and hair straightener, hair comb, shaving creams and more. This is truly a home away from home.

The living room and master room are equipped with wall-mounted HD TVs. The living room TV comes with premium cable TV that provides access to over 100 live channels and 500 or more recorded TV programs and movies. Instructions for using the TV are accessible inside the house.

NO PARTY or EVENT allowed in the house and NO SMOKING anywhere on premises.

If you have any questions or issues throughout your stay, we are within reach and ready to assist you within 20 to 30 minutes.

Incredible Accommodations

We were traveling with 4 adults and 4 children, this home exceeded our expectations. The house is emaculant and had everything you could ask for and more in a home away from home when traveling. Our family of 8 travels eveey few months and this is by far in our top 3. The owners/hosts were equally fantastic! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect little spot

We stayed a couple nights here while in town for a soccer tournament. It's right across the street from the fields. The house is super clean, and one of the most well stocked & well organized VRBOs we've ever stayed at. I am the team photographer for our soccer team and I accidentally left a camera battery & charger at the house after we left town and the owner was so kind to ship it to me!!! Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town!

Excellent home

This rental could not have been any better, clean, new and located close to everything. Everything was perfect and well stocked with everything you would find in your own home. Hope to return to same location, close to two disc golf courses, and seen a Pink Floyd program at the collage around corner. I would recommend this property over and over again, thank you.

Beautiful, well appointed new home

The home was beautiful and had all the conveniences we needed and then some. We traveled to Twin Falls for a family event and needed space. This home was perfect and had more than we expected for the 6 of us, including the surprise toaster waffles in the freezer. So many little details that made our stay comfortable. Beds were so comfortable! Home is new construction with a park right across the street. The kids loved the place! We would definitely stay there again.

Definitely Recommend

Great location for families. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with huge park across the street. Close to town and everything you may need without being in the middle of a busy/noisy city. There are houses being built close to the property so some noise in the morning should be expected but it did not bother us one bit. Everything inside the house you could need with some really nice added touches like extra toothbrushes, hair ties, breakfast snacks, etc. Split floor plan is also a great option for traveling families. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, so clean it’s almost sterile

This is a very white and sterile. It served what we needed, so that was great. It lacked character and warmth. Just a suggestion- it needs a theme and a way more comfortable couch. We didn’t feel like we could hang out and be at home here. It’s more like a hotel room stay type place. We liked it though. It was nice!
