Unit was older and in need of updating. Dust was all over the walls but other wise clean. Host was very responsive and location and price of the stay were great.

The positives: - Great location- Very comfortable beds with good quality sheets and pillows- Everything in the kitchen worked, plus fairly new pots and pans- A/C worked- Nice, big tv- During the trip, the front door suddenly wouldn't close or lock. Without going into why we think that happened, the owner came out as quickly as he could and repaired the door and whatever wasn't working with the lock. What could have been a big problem was a minor inconvenience, and we really appreciate the fast action on the part of the owner. Thank you! Areas that could be improved:- The art on the wall was kind of weird for a vacation rental. I like Banksy, but I really don't want to see a picture of kids urinating above the table we eat at, or another print said, "Dreams canceled." That seemed depressing. We're on vacation, and the art on the wall gave off a strange vibe. - The bathroom door did not close all the way. There was also a gap at the bottom of the door. So it wasn't good for privacy. - The bathroom, in general, was not attractive due to older cabinets, sink, and a showerhead that had a lot of wear and tear. - The wifi was spotty. Usually it worked, but not always. Overall, this was a fine place to stay. The positives outweighed the negatives.

Great South Beach crash pad. Perfect location! It was nice to have parking included as well. Clear communication during check in and check out process. No issues during our stay.
