Beachside Sun & Surf! Possible for 6 bed/7 bath rental combination

Beautiful and newly renovated 3 story townhome right on the beach. All the comforts of home are here -- just bring your swimsuit and smile and get ready for a great vacation! This is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, but we also own the home right next door, so if you're booking for a get away with other family or friends, let us know as our other property can make a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bath, with an outdoor shower!

We are 5 minutes from the nightlife, restaurants and shopping of downtown St Augustine, and a short walk across the street to Publix (groceries/liquor), pizza, and other shopping and food. The beach is right down the driveway, and the 4 patios offer nice ocean breezes, and views of the sea. Our private community pool is also steps away for a refreshing dip!

We love this location, it is very close to restaurants and Publix. There is an access to the beach as well. The rooms are clean and the kitchen has everything we need.The host provided clear instructions and we were able to check in smoothly.Would definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

This condo exceeded all expectations! It is even nicer than the pictures, is so clean, and the owners were so communicative. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big with nice dressers and closets. We were amazed at how stocked it was from endless beach towels to bathroom supplies (we could have brought half of what we did). Publix is a few steps away. We had a great multi generational stay, can’t wait to return!

Our family was very happy with our stay. The check-in instructions were very clear before we arrived, and Greg's communication was top-notch. The location was close to the beach and had its own private walkway. The house was set up well for a larger family, with plenty of extras for a rainy day. The property was very nice! Literally 20 steps from the beach. The set up was nice for aging couples to be on the garage level. Big floor plan and we loved the decks and being able to sit outside. Would definitely come back!

Great Getaway!

Had a great time visiting Vilano Beach and our condo was perfect! Walk to the beach, pool few steps away. Greg and Sandy were extremely helpful with information including restaurant recommendations and were easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location with Beachy Vibe

Perfect location in the “hub” of Vilano. You can park your car and walk everywhere- beach, groceries, restaurants. It was super easy to communicate with our host and the townhouse had the total beachy vibe. Plenty of well thought out extras- kitchen supplies, towels and beach supplies. Plenty of room and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom set up!

Pet Friendly with Great Access to Vilano Beach

This location is wonderful. I was able to walk my paddle board to the beach and I did not have to cross a highway. It is great for two to three couples to stay and each would have their own bath areas. This is a clean, well managed property. We look forward to renting it in the future. You will have a great stay if you choose this location. There is tons to do in the local area.

Wonderful house with plenty of room. PET FRIENDLY! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is 3 stories, no issues for us. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything in Vilano. Owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely book here again!

Top notch convenience

We love Vilano Beach. We have been going there for years. The convenience from the condo to Publix, restaurants and the beach are top notch. We arrived, parked our vehicles and didn’t move them until we left. There was a lot of sand in the floors and in one bed upstairs but not that big of a deal. We added to the sand and changed the sheets and went about our day. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends.
