THIS IS THE PLACE, GOLF CART INCLUDED!!!!
You are in a WALKING/GOLFING community full of amenities for everyone.
The Church is in the center of shopping and dinning. Parks include basketball, baseball, play grounds. You will gain access to the new workout center and pool. This is the only community deigned with miles of pathways for golf carts, bikes and jogging.

I love my mini golden doodle Roxy. There is so much room in our yard for her to get tired. I recently resigned after 5 years from my career in Naples. I will soon relocate with my husband in S.C also wonderful place to live. I took some time off so I can visit Italy with my two daughters and mother, before I will get back into the work Force.
This home is so clean you can eat from the floors.

Why they chose this property

I loved calling this place my home. I plan on retiring here. I have it all, golfing, pool, shops, dinning and grocery stores. We are catholic, my mother dose not drive, therefore I needed a community that she could walk to it all/or golf cart.

What makes this property unique

Will not need a car to get around here. Freedom with out having to drive is my favorite thing. I know everyone here. We are a welcoming community that helps each other when in need.
