very beautiful clean place loved our stay there. The only problem we had was the washing machine messed up and it started leaking oil and messed up some of our clothes, but that’s it.

The condo was awesome. It was so clean when we arrived. All of the beds were so comfortable. It was everything we could ask for and more. The cabana made it so much easier than having to carry everything back to the room after the beach and pool. Any questions we had were quickly answered. When we needed something, the phone was answered right away and the issue was resolved immediately. Thank you. We will definitely be coming back.

Great condo

Perdido Reality was so easy to work with. Communication was great through texts and email. This condo was everything and more! Huge balcony with lots of comfy seating. The ice maker in the bar was an added bonus. Loved that it had two master suites! We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

If you’re hesitant to book this place (like I was) because there are only a couple reviews, don’t be! We had three couples using the king rooms, my two kids in the bunk room, and my sister had her infant along. This condo was PERFECT for our group size. The bedrooms were spacious and 4 bathrooms was phenomenal when coming up from the beach and trying to get ready to go out. The sand and ocean were fabulous. Really clean beach and multiple sand wash off stations on the way up. We didn’t end up using the private cabana near the pool much because it was colder than average during most of our stay, but it was still a really nice amenity. There are a few places to eat near here, but not a ton. Plan on driving or ride sharing to most places. A few tiny cons folks should know: - while the kitchen is stocked well with pots/pans/cups, there are zero spices or kitchen basics available. Plan to bring or buy anything you’d need for cooking (including salt and pepper) - the pool heater was out for most of our stay. While that isn’t the rental companies fault (the HOA is responsible for that), it did hinder our ability to swim because the pool was like ice and the ocean was red flags nearly our whole stay. Added pros: -the checkout process is super easy here. They don’t make you do 50 things and still pay for cleaning. -really comfy beds and ample pillows -there are three elevators so you’re never waiting long; this was a worry of mine about being on 15th floor.
