The heart of any Southern home is the back porch, and this home features two floors of stunning screen porches, BOTH with outdoor gas fireplaces, along with a brand new hot tub inside the lower porch to give a shelter from the elements. A private backyard space exists too. Enjoy waterfront views and nature-watching as you relax in front of the fireplace or firepit, prepare dinner on the outdoor grill, or catch-up with a cocktail around the outdoor dining table.

The home consists of four full bedrooms and a loft, comfortably sleeping up to 10 people. The cozy master bedroom features a king bed, lagoon views, and master bath with oversized soaking tub and separate shower. The downstairs bedroom consists of a queen bed, and full ensuite bathroom. Heading upstairs, you find a unique loft area with built-in bunk beds, which are sure to delight the kids. The two upstairs bedrooms both contain king beds – one with an en-suite bathroom, and another full-size bath that shares space with the main area and second bedroom.

In Moreland, you will find the peace and tranquility your soul has been yearning for. Wake up each morning to the sun dancing across the winding marshland waterways, and watch dolphins, White Egrets, and Blue Herons play in their natural playground. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the firepits. You can't leave without climbing to the perch on the famous 5-story treehouse, where you will take in the most stunning view of the marsh you will find in all 20,000 acres of Palmetto Bluff.

From your front steps, you will be a brief walk to Moreland amenities or short 10-minute golf cart ride away from all the world-class amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer, including the Montage hotel, Octagon Restaurant, and Wilson Village, featuring The River House and Buffalos Restaurants, Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, the May River Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and more! Enjoy your leisurely golf cart ride into town through the shade of the Live Oak trees, as you soak in the natural beauty of the Lowcountry. POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
