Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the heart of the farming district of Puyallup. This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watson’s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. You will not be disappointed!!

I cannot use enough superlatives to describe how wonder our four night stay at this lovely house was! Clean, clean, clean! Beautifully decorated! All the essentials plus more for cooking were there. The fireplace was cozy and warming! The beds were comfy-cozy too! The owners were prompt at responding if we had questions. Just overall a lovely stay here! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle! Highly, highly recommend!!

The apartment is beautiful with high end finishes. We had a great stay. If you have people in your group that have trouble with stairs be aware there are lots of them to reach the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farm House! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The owners were so accommodating! Even though they were on the property with us, they respected our privacy. The train did not bother any of us and we loved the snacks that were left in the basket in the kitchen. We have been staying at this location for 2 years already and it's the perfect location. Close by to many attractions and less then 15 minutes away from the Tacoma Dome which is perfect. I would recommend this Perfect Stay to anyone who is looking to get away.

Our family has lived on this property for 30 years. The gray cottage out front is the original farm house for all of the surrounding farmland and was built in 1926.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood 30 years ago to raise and homeschool our six children. Our children are adults now and we are enjoying our many grandchildren!

The Beautiful Valley Farm is surrounded on 3 sides by a salmon bearing creek. We are close to I-5 and Hiway167. The State Fair has its home in Puyallup, where our family performed music together for 15 years!
The Sounder train runs from Puyallup to Seattle daily, making a delightful day trip. Ask us for free parking options near the station.
