Pigeon Forge family vacation

This was a great location to be close to everything. Plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax. Enjoyed the hot tub.

This cabin was beautiful!! It was just what we needed for our little family trip. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful for soothing our aches after walking all day seeing the sights. The whole place, including the hot tub, was very clean. My grown children enjoyed watching movies on the downstairs projector screen. The view from the back porch was stunning! We would definitely consider this one again in the future.

Perfect location!! There was a family of bears that live in the area that we saw almost every day! Cabin was very clean, host responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again!

This property was not cleaned properly,the decks were covered in cobwebs,floors inside dirty,video games do not work as described,beds not comfortable. Great location,do nit attempt to go to pool,small community pool with over 100 people there,only 2 tables and few chairs

Good place to stay in Pigeon Forge

A group of friends and I stayed here during a trip to Pigeon Forge. It was a nice place to stay — clean, good amenities, and I liked that it had 4 rooms with king beds so there was no squabbling over who gets which room.

Fantastic stay

Cabin was awesome. Great for the whole family. Location was very convenient to everything, while being in the mountains. We enjoyed Smokey mountains knife works, tram to Ober Mountain and the shopping.

Convenient and beautiful property!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had such a great stay! The cabin was clean, spacious, and close to the National Park as well as endless possibilities for food and entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Communication from the owner was great - timely, helpful, and friendly. Our family would definitely return!

Beautiful fall weekend with Dollywood

We loved the location and quietness. Loved the hot tub the last evening after Dollywood rainy day. Good restaraunts suggested. Will be back.

Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect. There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable and the porch is so relaxing. It’s close to town with an easy drive- you won’t even need a map. The host is very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend- I’ll definitely be booking 99 bears again!

Perfect location

This 4 bedroom cabin is on the south end of Pigeon Forge, and very easy to get to Gatlinburg without all the town traffic. It was spacious and comfortable. Media room for watching movies and two balconies. Our host was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was great. I would stay again.

Amazing Host

Deric’s cabin - 99 Bears was exceptional. Clean, well appointed, beautiful. He was super responsive, answering every question within a few minutes. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this cabin. Compared to others in our group, this was the best cabin!

At the last minute we left a place where a Trooicsl Storm was heading. Host was outstanding in a last minute situation. Then the place turned out even better than expected. Great location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great cabin!

We always stay in Sherwood Forest. This was the first time at this cabin, and we loved it! Had everything we needed. Enough toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and trash bags. Deric was so great to communicate with especially upon our early arrival which took a lot of stress away for our special needs son who wanted to get settled. We’ve stayed in Sherwood Forest each of the past 5 yrs and the beds in this cabin were by far the most comfortable!

Awesome “cabin” near Dollywood

Beautiful yellow pine finished retreat. Calling it a cabin is selling it way short. Just a beauty of a space. My adult kids loved the video game space and home theater. I loved sitting on the upper deck in the treetops! We will try to rent it again during fall some year. I bet the colors are spectacular. And even though it is secluded, you are 5 minutes from all the hubub of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. And 20 minutes from Gatlinburg and the national park. Just a great location and property. Thanks!

I Tell it like it is!

Property was lovely and large enough for a large family with all the amenities of home. However, bedsheets appeared dirty and not changed, tub did not drain properly and I inside and out could have been cleaner.Hot tub old and in need of replacement. It had a musty smell and mold.Kitchen utensils a mess and in no specific order. There was a seasoning/food filled cabinet with food particles scattered on shelves. Just not a very clean place. Needs some TLC.

Excellent get-away!

I have been getting a cabin for about 5years for my Spring break, this one, hands down, was the best experience so far. I suggest doing VRBO for your rentals. I've had TERRIBLE trips using the "Cabins for you" group. Deric is tentative, he's professional and really cares about your stay. The Cabin- clean clean clean... that is one of the most important things. Great kitchen, equipped with all your needs. Tvs in every room. We loved the theatre room. We sat as a family and played games on the 3rd floor. Overall it was an EXCELLENT trip. I plan to ONLY rent from this place again. I found the gem in the rough. 🙂 VRBO with Deric is the way to go!!

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for large families! We appreciate the location being less than 5 minutes from the parkway near the Dixie Stampede area. We like that there's no crazy roads to get to our cabin and is so very convenient to everything we enjoy. The neighborhood is nice and quite with other cabins and were are nestled in the woods! The home is spacious and has entertainment and room for all our family's needs.
