The living and dining room is separated by an antique fireplace. The rooms are spacious and well laid out within the home. There are three newly renovated bathrooms, including a first-floor bath with a walk-in shower and a large laundry room on the main level. The house is conveniently located on Route 13, close to the NH line. Please note, there is a small studio apartment at the rear of the property with separate entrances, and the parking area is shared.
