About this property

Spacious East El Paso Retreat Sleeps 6+, 5 beds & private backyard

This is a perfect home for you and your family! It has 3Bedrooms, 2baths. 2 Individual Queen beds, 1 bunk bed with Queen to Queen bed, plus sofa bed in living room. Sleep a total of 10 after 6 people we will charge additional $25.00 fee per person, per day. Located in East El Paso in a nice and safe neighborhood. Close to Grocery Stores, Retail stores, Airport (8.7 miles), loop 375(2.5 miles ), Ft. Bliss(11 miles), Hospital of Providence East Campus(2.7 miles) , William Beaumont Army Hospital(8.3 miles) and I-10(5.5).

There are instructions/house rules manual in the house. No parties as this is not a party pad. Quiet time 11pm-8am. Please leave beds undone at the end of your stay. No smoking/no drugs. No pets. All dishes should be washed, all food and trash should be thrown in gray trash bin located by driveway. Please respect property so others may enjoy the same experience you have. Thank you for your understanding.
