I wish you communicate with us to help you learn how to operate the oven but sadly to say we never heard a word from you. Oven is perfect and never received a complain before I’m not sure what was this about?

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable stay while also enforcing the house rules that all guests agree to before booking. Our property has an exterior camera at the front entrance for security purposes only. When we observed what appeared to be preparations for a gathering that exceeded the reservation terms, we contacted the guest to remind them that parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. This policy is in place to protect our property, our neighbors, and future guests. We had evidence of this and Vrbo approved this based on evidence. Trucks loaded with chairs and tables and a lot of vehicles wasn’t part of a family gathering. This guest try to save money and rented a property instead of a hall for his party purposes. With evidence VRBO back us and ask the guest to stop this type of arraignment. We regret that the guest chose to leave rather than continue with the reservation, but enforcing our no-party policy consistently is part of our responsibility as hosts. I stop doing this type of business for a while and now see this awful and poor review. We had no knowledge of this unfair retaliatory review because the guest canceled their reservation. We were surprised to discover it much later, as we had no opportunity to address or respond to these claims at the time. We do not look into other businesses and always respect and never had any trouble with anyone. In fact thank you everyone who has chosen our place and compromise to keep doing our place the best in El Paso on East side Area thank you everyone.
