We loved our stay at Mary and Artie‘s place on the water in Hampton Bays. The views were amazing from every window. I loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. It is so close to Rumba and Cowfish. We loved kayaking in the bay. Definitely recommend highly!

This is a lovely, well equipped house with wonderful views straight out to the bay. The upstairs floor is particularly beautiful. It is close to Ponquogue beach and has every beach accessory one could want. Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay there very much. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two cottages very close to the house which share the bay beach.
