Welcome to our freshly 100% remodeled oceanfront corner unit on the 4th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean, our Heated pool and the pier from the huge private balcony! we are a corner unit with additional windows and views! We are also on the no drive beach section, so you don't have to worry about cars with the kids! Its a little slice of paradise!

This boutique complex offers tranquility, no drive beach, and the easiest walk to the sand you will find, yet we’re still near it all with souvenir shops restaurants crabby joes pier within walking distance.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite walk in shower, second bedroom has a Queen bed, with an additional full over twin Bunk bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. In unit laundry with a new washer and dryer and everything you'll likely need is there! We offer a 10% discount on weekly rentals. Discount is automatically applied at checkout!!!

Everything is brand new, beds, furniture, bathrooms, cabinets, counters, fixtures, TVs…. everything. It’s all new and designer styled from floor to ceiling and ready for your enjoyment. Come enjoy the best Daytona has to offer! Completely remodeled in July with all new flooring, cabinets, counters, Bathrooms, tv’s, ect. Everything completely updated with help from interior designer to ensure you have a relaxing peaceful stay!

You will have the entire unit at your disposal with the exception of the owners private closet. I am available via my mobile to answer any questions you may have, or make a recommendation for a good restaurant close by. We are directly beachfront on the no drive beach, yet many shops, dining, and activities within walking distance.

Their is 1 Covered, assigned parking spot ( #9) is provided. Additional overflow parking is available first come first served and is free as well. There’s lots to do within walking distance, but if you don’t wish to drive, Taxi and Uber are prevalent in the area as well. The condo is stocked with just about anything you could want for your beach vacation except for swimsuits and sunscreen. Towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Umbrellas (yes they work!) sand toys, boogie boards. Come and enjoy a truly relaxing beachside experience!

The room is great and Mike is a great host! I marked the cleanliness as a 3 simply because there was external work going on at the condo complex that caused some chipped paint and trash to be flung around, but this isn’t to be a regular thing. The room itself was IMMACULATE and they did a great job decorating and cleaning. Great unit and will definitely be coming back!

Our stay was perfect! Love this part of the beach. Quiet and not extremely touristy. The condo was perfect! Updated, clean, and plenty of beds. Love that is right on the beach and the beach was not over crowded. Mike was a great host. He made sure that we had no issues.

We had a lovely week in this unit. The layout and furnishings were very pleasing. The complex is small but well maintained - someone was always working on repairs, painting, etc. Umbrellas or other shade around the pool would be a great enhancement for those of us who need some shade. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location

Mike’s place is in the perfect location. Our family loved the beach; the condo is on the “no vehicles” side so we didn’t have to worry about cars with our young kids playing on the beach. Mike is a responsive, helpful, and kind host. His property is updated and clean.

Gorgeous Views and Relaxing

Absolutely amazing stay! This property is beautifully maintained and just so perfect! It’s in a quiet area but is near several great restaurants and stores (outlets too)! The view doesn’t get any better than this! Our 14 year old daughter got up at 6 AM to walk on the beach! It’s just amazing! The owner is fantastic! He makes the stay simple! We are so appreciative of this excellent experience! We definitely recommend staying here!

Short but Sweet

Although our stay was short the experience was great. Condo location and amenities were perfect. Mike checked in several times to make sure all was going well. We enjoyed long morning walks on the beach, time around the pool and exploring the area. Weather was great and we were lucky to watch the launch of the Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral all from the convenience of the balcony.

Wonderful

Had a beautiful stay. Everything was clean and new and the decor was beautiful and welcoming. Just chilling on the balcony watching the sea birds and surfers and the sound of the surf was so relaxing. Great having the beach chairs and boogie boards. Would defienitly stay again. Mike was a great host.

We loved our stay at the condo. This part of South Daytona is the perfect place to be close to everything but far enough away from the Daytona hussle and bustle. The no drive beach was fabulous and the pool was amazing and never busy!! The condo was very spacious the pictures do not do it justice. The balcony was perfect for morning sunrises and coffee. Mike checked in the first day with us and was available if anything popped up and we had questions. I cannot say enough for how amazing he was as a host! Everything we needed for the beach was stocked in the condo and ready to go. Publix right up the street, Crabby Joes in walking distance and the quiet of the no drive beach it was perfect!!

Great little place to stay!

Everything was great, besides the balcony being closed the entire time we stayed!! But he reimbursed me for the inconvenience! Very clean, very efficient everything you need to stay for your vacation! Very professional and courteous!!! Will stay again!! Would recommend 5 stars!

Great condo

We really loved this condo. Very clean and convenient. Suggest more soft seating in TV area. One or two more chais or a love seat would be great.It was hard to find from street. A light on the sign would be helpful. We'll be back.

Beautiful corner unit, perfect for families

We just spent 5 days and 4 nights at Michael’s unit. It is a perfect corner unit, with plenty of room for families (there were 4 adults and 2 children with us). It has beautifully remodeled and had everything that we needed. The pool is refreshing, the view is amazing, and the beach was just a short walk around the corner while the property is still rebuilding their steps to the bean from hurricane Ian. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!

All you need for a perfect vacation at the beach

The condo was lovely and bright. Spacious two bedroom with extra large oceanfront deck. Comfortable bedding, great shower and fully equipped kitchen. Love that the condo came with all the simple necessities such as shampoo/dish and laundry detergent and basic spices. It’s the simple things especially since we flew in. Added bonus /multiple new beach chairs and umbrella’s that actually worked

Outstanding Place

This place is totally amazing.It’s just like all the pictures. Mike is a fantastic host with immediate response to any questions I had. We really didn’t want to leave. The place is decorated very nice , it’s comfortable and it’s laid out perfect. You have room to spread out. You need to book a stay here to totally appreciate it. Biketoberfest 2023

Beautiful Beachy remodel with plenty of room. Super clean. This unit is part of a small condo community with about 25 units. The building was hit hard by the storms last year and there is co structuring happening on the property. None of the construction interrupted our ability to enjoy our stay.

Best value south of the Dunlawton Bridge

Very recently renovated 2 bedroom. Wider them most which gave it a comfortable floor plan. In suite washer and dryer which made my spouse happy. Tucked on the no drive beach, but close to everything. Pool was great. Other condo's in the building are undergoing complete renovations, but it wasn't a distraction. Beach access currently is a little inconvenient as they are rebuilding the steps to the beach, but it's just 50 yards around the corner to the best beach in Florida. I would book again without hesitation.

Seafern Amazing!

We have been staying at Seafern for several years. Walking into the condo you see and feel the Beach & the Ocean throughout the entire unit. In addition, the large sliding doors in the living room & master bedroom opens the entire unit to the Ocean! We could not ask for a more comfortable, extremely clean, relaxing condominium that has EVERYTHING one could possibly need or want. Owners, Mike & Anne, are really Great people & are there if we need anything! Due to the 2022 hurricanes they completely remodeled & refurnished the entire condo. So love the "Beach" theme throughout the entire unit and the beautiful view from the private patio. With all of this and the many dining locations nearby we are so looking forward to our next vacation!!!

Exceptional Property!!

This property is in the perfect location. Close to the boardwalk without being in the business of it all. From the time we arrived everything was wonderful. I had questions and Mike (the owner) quickly responded. The condo itself was simply beautiful, updated and aesthetically pleasing. The larger than life views of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom were to die for. We immediately felt calm and relaxed as we took in the view and later sat on the balcony that spanned the living room and master bedroom. The condo was equipped with everything you could need from beach chairs, kitchen utensils and appliances, pots and pans, linens, you name it. Also, the directions that the host gave were very clear and easy to understand (welcome pamphlet). From the first 10 minutes in the property, we agreed that this was a place we would definitely come back to. (Almost forgot to mention, it was RIGHT ON THE BEACH, so just a flight of stairs away from the most beautiful, clean beach!). Just an amazing stay and an amazing property.

I am from Chattanooga, Tn. I grew up with a passion for the outdoors, the ocean and the skies. I Fly airplanes, Captain boats, fish, ride motorcycles, and do anything else that catches my attention. My wife and I have 5 children, so any place we have has to have space for everyone! I love vacation rentals because it gives me the opportunity to share wonderful experiences, make friends, and share what I've been lucky enough to have.

Why they chose this property

After looking at over 40 condos along the coast, this one just felt like home. It offered more space, and after I remodeled it in 2024 a better layout than anything we found, Its located on no drive beach, has a huge balcony with dinette set and lounger, and has enough space for the family!

What makes this property unique

I grew up vacationing along the coast in Florida. Most of the places I grew up visiting have become so overcrowded that it wasn't enjoyable anymore. Traffic, overcrowding, not being able to get into any restaurant without an hour wait. This place is what Florida was 40 years ago. This condo is larger than most 3 bedroom units which means we have spacious rooms, very important for us having 5 children. From the natural areas which are abundant close by, wildlife including many sea turtles nesting just in front of the property, to historical places super close by. It offers something to suit everyone in the family and isn't surrounded by a sea of concrete and 40 story condos as far as the eye can see. Its one of the hidden gems of Florida!
