You will enter into a large open concept, family room with 2 full size couches, w chairs with ottomans, 2 additional chairs, queen size futon, reading swing, bench, ceiling fan, 75" smart tv and fireplace. As you pass through the family room you enter the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for breakfast in. Comfortable dining area with additional seating at the island. One bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a 75" smart tv, closet, luggage rack. In the closet you will find a pack and play, croquet set and corn hole game.

On the upper level you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and two twin beds w/ 75” tv. The other two rooms share a bathroom with one room having a king bed and the other a queen bed. All bedrooms and family room have large smart TV’s. Backyard has a deck w/ cafe lights and adirondack chairs. The patio has cushioned seating, fire table, large spa with cafe lights, croquette, corn hole and private parking. We love the area of this home, downtown neighborhood with new homes being built. It is exciting to see the neighborhood growing and changing.

What makes this property unique

This home spoke to us, we quickly fell in love with the modern construction, spaciousness of the family room and kitchen area as well as the large luxurious bathrooms. The spaciousness still lends itself to a cozy comfortable vibe. In addition, we really enjoy the large private yard and gated parking option for boat or rv.
