Seductive cottage with spa

This home offers heated floors in the sunroom and bathroom. The main area, composed of 2 bedrooms and a living and dining room, features original and authentic pine wood floors and ceilings. You can also benefit from an additional lounging room. The sunroom also acts as a third bedroom with a pull-out couch. The spa is also available for you enjoyment and is located in the back balcony overlooking the lake.  
The well-water is drinkable. 
There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer available to use.  
In the winter, we strongly recommend traveling with an all-wheel-drive vehicle and winter tires as the cottage is located at the bottom of a hill. All vehicles are appropriate in the summertime.  Please, ensure your vehicle(s) do not block the entrance to the neighbour's cottage.  
Come and enjoy what this lakefront property has to offer.   Within 10 to 15 minutes, you can find yourself at any of the following  locations.  You can be: Enjoying a massage at the Wakefield Mill Spa; Exploring caves or zip lining at Cavernes Laflèche; Hiking or snowshoeing at Nakkertok Park; Playing golf or skiing at Edelweiss; or Horseback riding at Captiva.  All roads are plowed during the winter.  There's also a propane BBQ available (propane included)!
In terms of accessibility, please note that there are about a dozen steps from the parking to the cottage. Also, the access to the beach is approximately 40 meters away down a dirt path (some small roots and rocks along the way, so difficult to access with a wheelchair). Also, for security purposes, we have cameras pointing towards the parking spots. Please do not host illegal parties. No other areas have cameras.
