The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.
Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
You`ll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we`ll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.
Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.
HOME TRUTHS: -It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed. -Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the balcony. -While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems. Nice and well-appointed place. Lots of games. Great location with an easy walk to Pike Place market, waterfront, space needle area. Secure parking. Having to send a photo of my drivers license prior to check-in was a bit of a curveball, but you can send it through the VRBO chat with the property manager. I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome location with Sound views, very close to Pike Place Market, Aquarium, water front, etc. Concierge service was incredibly helpful, was impressed with the responsiveness and service.
Perfect stay for our girls trip! Fantastic view and location! We did not have a car, although underground parking is available. Easy walking distance to the downtown area especially Pikes Market and the waterfront. The condo fit 4 of us comfortably with all the amenities of home. I always like to book a place with a balcony so we can sit and have our morning coffee and this balcony did not disappoint. Overlooking Puget Sound was the perfect morning ritual with our morning coffee!Having a well stocked kitchen allowed us to heat our steamed crabs and loaf of bread in the oven! Keep our gelato cold in the freezer for affogatos on our last day. And we were able to wash and keep the local berries and grapes cold for breakfast! We did reposition the couch so we could see the view and the fireplace added an extra layer of warmth along with the couch blankets so we could be cozy at nite. Communication with the host was great! They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed along the way. We could have used an extra hour for check out and check in, but it was manageable. This listing for the Seattle area can’t be beat. We would definitely rebook if we were coming back!
I had a great time staying at this property. The location cant be beat, walkable to so many things but also very secure. The paper work up front and the background check seemed daunting but the property managers were very responsive from the time I booked till we checked out.
Location cannot be beat. The views were amazing. Two parking spaces are included and once we parked, we never needed to drive our car for the rest of our trip. Walked to the Space Needle, the Great Wheel, Illusions Museum, Pike Place Market and so many shops and restaurants.
We had a wonderful time staying here. Lovely views and the condo was beautifully designed and relaxing. Easy access to Pike's Market and the pier area as well as great restaurants.Only drawback was the construction going on in the front of the building

We are so glad we booked this apartment for our February visit to Seattle. In spite of some road construction, the walk to the waterfront attractions and restaurants was pleasant and quick, and we easily walked to Pike Place as well. The underground secure parking was appreciated as were small touches such as a pitcher of filtered water in the refrigerator and a nice selection of coffees and teas.
Apartment was spacious and clean with great views. Very comfortable and in an excellent location; walkable for local sights and restaurants. Impressed that local construction was barely audible from inside. Would recommend to friends. Paperwork for management company was a little tiresome, otherwise terrific place to stay!
This lovely property is just as advertised. It’s within walking distance of all the major attractions especially if you enjoy strolling Pike Place market. The views of the water are lovely. It is well equipped with everything you need. The inside is very bright with large windows. The communication with owners/concierge was great and they were quick to respond to any inquiries. Would highly recommend this property!
Words can’t describe what a great place this is for a Seattle stay! Right on the water, you can watch the cruise ships, ferries and container vessels. Alaskan Way has many restaurants and stores. This condo is across from The Seattle Aquarium and one of many piers where people play corn hole and basically socialize.
This condo has everything- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub and shower) and the other with a shower, as well. Very clean and stocked with whatever you need!
The host was very communicative and so helpful. We hope to return in the near future!

Our Seattle stay
The location was great. We had wonderful views of the Sound. Unfortunately some aspects of our stay were not so great. Because the air conditioner was leaking we spent 2 days and nights with out air conditioning and it was quite hot in Seattle those days. It would be good to let guests know to bring a Fire Stick or some such device especially if there are kids staying. The television situation was quite substandard. We have stayed at VRBO properties all over the country and this was the least well equipped property we’ve experienced. Few dishes, pots and pans etc. Other than the good location this property doesn’t have much going for it.
