Sit back, relax and enjoy time with family and friends in our newly renovated charming chalet. This home was thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort & good times. Nestled in the non gated community of emerald lakes you will find plenty of activities including, lakes, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts. We are located near Kalahari Indoor Water Park, Camelback Ski Mountain , Mount Airy Casino and the Pocono Raceway! Plenty of fun and year round attractions nearby.
The space
This home features 3 floors of living space (1600 sq feet), 3 bedrooms + 1 bonus bunk room | 2 baths. Could sleep 12 comfortably. Open concept in the main living area and a wrap around deck.

★KITCHEN
Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, dishes & utensils, electric stove, dishwasher, Keurig duo coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and blender. Fully stocked coffee station.

★ LIVING ROOM
Cozy living room with a sectional and loveseat. 55" SmartTV. Electric Fireplace.

★ DINING
Expandable dining table fits 10 people + 2 additional bar seating.

★ GAME ROOM
Located on the ground level. The game room features a 3 in 1 multi game table with pool, air hockey & ping pong, darts, foosball table and plenty of board games. Comfy sectional, bean bags and a 65" Smart TV.

★OUTDOOR
Deck with lounging couches, picnic table & propane grill.

Please note we are located in the mountains and it is common to see wildlife such as deer, raccoons & bears outside of the house.

Guests list & ID is required to be registered with Emerald Lakes Association 72 hours prior to arrival.

Use of the community amenities are an additional charge.

Just a great time spent with my family

Had everything we needed. My grandkids had a great time at 10, and 11 years old. I sat at the fire pit, played pool, air hockey, and darts. Our host was fantastic and made everything so easy for us! Five stars across the board!

Cute cozy home

This house was small but cozy. We had a party of 8 including smaller children. The basement playroom was perfect for the kids. The only critique I would suggest is larger couches.

Amazing House and Accommodations

This house was exactly as advertised. When we arrived they had a basket of chocolates and treats with a customized sign waiting for us. We really enjoyed the house and the little things they did didn’t go unnoticed like the stuff for the babies, everything available in the kitchen to cook, and the coffee station. The outside set up for grilling and hot tub was great. The house is perfect for families and safe for children. We really loved it.
