Sachem feeds directly down to the clocktower base. Condo features 2 1/2 baths, two decks, granite kitchen counters and a gas stove. A Washer and Dryer are located on the lower floor, which also features an additional TV room. NOTE: Fireplaces are not usable per condo HOA.
