Nice Property Near the University.

Beautiful two bedroom, one bath condo that’s attached on the backside of a primary home. Location was easy to find. Condo had all that was needed. Place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Great for couples weekend getaway. I recommended it.

What makes this property unique

Parking for and short walk to parade route for Mardi Gras. Location near festival grounds at CajunField. Drive straight to location and never need to drive again! Bikes available; just ask host. Walking distance to downtown, Girouard Park for all Festivals (International, Acadian, etc)
