Casa Ola is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa in the gated Mar Vista community of Playa Flamingo, sleeping up to 9 guests. The infinity pool overlooks the Pacific Ocean and surrounding landscape, and you're just minutes from Playa Flamingo's beaches, marina, and restaurants. The strongest draw? Waking up to ocean views and stepping directly from the primary suite onto the pool deck.



The villa also offers multiple lounging areas and a large dining table that can seat 8. The open living space in this home is designed to be both functional and luxurious with its floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow for natural light to flood in. The oversized chef's kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The main living area also features a comfortable and stylish plush sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people.



The principal king-size bedroom, located on the main floor, offers astonishing ocean views, and has direct access to the infinity pool and patio. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.
