Just like a hotel room, on quiet cul-de-sac in gorgeous gated Kingsmill on the James River adjacent to and developed by Busch Gardens, backing to beautiful greenbelt with tennis, Mill Café (not part of Kingsmill Resort but Spa is available with your stay!)
Beautiful wooded Audubon bird sanctuary with historic ruins, basketball, soccer, tennis, pickleball, picnic areas, beautiful Marina with the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Walk to private beach, cafe, park, dock, historic ruins, Marina and spa with over 7 miles of trails in this idyllic peaceful setting, just a little over 4 MI to Colonial Williamsburg.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect Place

Quick stay with my spouse and our dog for a tennis tournament at William & Mary. Easy -15 minute drive to W&M and Colonial Williamsburg. King bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Convenient deck and steps to grass for the dog if needed. Very close to the Kings Mill tennis center and marina. Great communication with the host Will keep this place on the list for our frequent trips to W’burg!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for our mini Baby Moon and we’re so glad we picked this place to stay. It’s located in Kingsmill Resort so we were able to take a short walk to get some coffee and food, or take a stroll down to the beach or one of the riverside benches on the grounds. Plenty of paths to take our dog on a long walk. The rental is on the bottom floor which made it great to take our dog out for quick potty breaks and we never heard our neighbors so our stay was very peaceful. Kingsmill Resort is a short drive away from anywhere you would want to visit in Williamsburg/Jamestown. The room was very clean, it had all the essential amenities for a long weekend, and the shower pressure was wonderful. Check in and out were very easy. The host Gayle was very prompt with responses if we had any questions and she was very kind - she even offered to send us back some personal items we had left behind in the room before we even had to ask. We are so happy we chose to stay here and would definitely stay here again!
