Birthday getaway

I came to Puerto Rico for my 26th birthday. I haven’t been since a little girl so it was a great time enjoying time with family and also meeting new people! The property was beautiful and comforting. Thank you for a great experience!

Great place

Arrived a day early, for some reason I thought my reservation started on Wednesday, instead it was the 25th to the 30th. The owner of the property was accommodating in allowing me an earlier check in...The neighborhood was quiet, very safe since they have 2 police stations close by. Lot's of nice restaurants within walking distance. My favorite places we're Esencia rest, Buen Vecino for breakfast! Overall my experience was very satisfying...I recommend this property 100%.. Would stay at this property again...

Ok overnight spot - surprise unit change and no hot water in shower.

Property is centrally located to everything you could want to drive to around SJ. Arrived with a small kitchenette (propane gas stove, microwave, fridge). Check in was stressful. No keys in the lockbox as described, turns out host had mixed up reservations (two units on property) and we had to call to get keys to the open unit. Unit B (NOT C as in this listing) had no hot water for shower, and A/C unit was sporadic overnight. Kitchen worked as expected. Did not use propane stove. WiFi did not match instructions in listing, and attempts to connect failed with password provided on router or listing. No issues after check in beyond what was stated above. Cost is pretty much you get what you pay for.
