Beautiful home

This home was perfect for our 3 days in Kigali. The staff was very helpful. The home was beautiful and we felt very relaxed and safe.

The house was great, quick service and always available when needed, it was clean, and good speed wifi. It had everything one needs to make themselves a meal or fix a drink but the road to the property needs work! Overall, amazing place👍

The house was clean and well stocked. There was road work outside which was very loud and the neighbors had loud dogs which barked many nights. The house was provided with 1 large container of drinking water but we were told if we drink it all we would have to buy more. My only feedback would be to not charge your clients for using more than 1 roll of toilet paper for 10 day stay, charge for laundry or drinking water. These should be included in the stay. I was sick for a couple days and had to stay in bed and was asked why the air conditioning was on and that it was expensive for them. As a paying client, these amenities should be included in the cost. Otherwise and nice and comfortable stay.

La maison est très moderne et très spacieuse. Une salle de bain par chambre, avec une petite fuite d’eau dans l’une des chambres mais pas un souci. Les petits commerces non loin du logement sont très pratique pour s’approvisionner durant son séjour. le gardien Valens et la dame d’entretien Consolée seront aux petits soins pour vous. Pour le logement il n’y a pas grand chose à redire.Par contre un premier point négatif concernant le service au logement, je trouve un peu malheureux qu’il faille payer l’utilisation de la machine à laver. Je trouve que pour un logement de ce standing avec un prix qui est en relation, faire payer pour nettoyer son linge est un peu limite à mon goût.Deuxième point négatif, mais qui est momentané, car la route est en construction. C’est l’état de celle-ci qui amène au logement. D’accord, il n’est pas très longue mais complètement cassée, donc le soir énormément de bruit avec les camions qui passent par là, et la poussière que cela dégage ne permettant pas de vivre les portes et fenêtres ouvertes. Plus les chiens des voisins qui aboient de temps en temps durant la nuit, je vous recommande fortement des bouchons d’oreille ou des écouteurs à compression de bruit.Cotation globale, je mettrai quand même un 4/5. Si nous revenons au Rwanda, nous pourrions sans problème relouer ce logement, si la route est terminée. Merci à Alice pour sa présence et son bon service.

Thanks for the comments...unfortunately we have no control on the road as it was supposed to be completed last year but with world events in Rwanda that purportedly has delayed things. As for the dust and keeping the front side of the home windows closed, we try to have AC and or fans throughout the home to keep the air flowing throughout the day at the right temperature while the windows are closed due to the construction delays. As for the washing machine, the cost is for the detergent and service. Unfortunately it isn't as simple or self explanatory as it seems to let guest use the laundry machines on their own as we have had them damaged in the past from using the incorrect detergent and or placing it in the incorrect place so we had to take such over to avoid costly issues. The fee is minimal and we try to supplement with exceptional care and customer service with your clothing. Thanks Asar
