Best kept secret in the Florida Keys! Our many repeat customers and great reviews attest to our gorgeous beachfront property in the heart of Key Largo (MM 99.2)! Lounge under the tiki huts, put your toes in the sand, sip a margarita, and truly relax in this private, gated oasis right on the Gulf of Mexico!

Our property is a hidden gem that includes four other rental houses on a 2.5-acre estate with three different beach areas, providing a sense of peace and tranquility from the moment you arrive. We also have plenty of dockage, so bring your boat! Swaying palms, amazing banyan trees, lush foliage, a fishing jetty, tikis, and hammocks add to the 'Keys-y' charm. You may not want to leave, but if you do, we're convenient to all of Key Largo's main attractions, like John Pennekamp State Park, swim-with-dolphins programs, many fine restaurants, sport fishing fleets, and shopping. We’re also in a perfect location for a romantic sunset wedding!

'Bayhouse' is only a few yards from the beach and has lovely water views. There is a fully stocked kitchen for making delicious family meals, marble floors, French doors, a washer and dryer, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, plus all the amenities of home. You can even bring your pets without worry because there’s a fully fenced backyard! We also provide kayaks and paddleboards for guest use!

Accommodations include three bedrooms and two baths. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub plus a shower. There are two queen beds and a king that separates into two singles as needed. With a sleeper sofa in the living area, the house sleeps six to eight comfortably.

As an added bonus, there is a full-time staff on-site to ensure your vacation goes smoothly and that you leave our Keys paradise with many wonderful memories.

Private Beach

Booking and check-in were easy. The house was clean and had what we needed. The outdoor area is incredible with loads of toys, many places to hang out. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a great stay.

A slice of paradise

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. Next time we plan to bring our boat to explore the bay a bit more. There is plenty of dockage onsite. The water activities are limitless here and the peaceful mornings and evenings can't be beat. Even with all the homes rented you still feel like you are at a private beach. My husband snorkeled for lobster, the kids used the kayak and paddle boards and played cornhole. There were plenty of high end chairs and lounges for relaxing on the sand. The pier with dockage is one of a kind With lots of sea life. We saw a few manatee as well. Its very pet friendly with doggie waste bags throughtout the property making it super convenient to clean up after them. Its close to restaurants and shops yet private and secure with gated entry. We can't wait to come back.

Very Disappointed

The pics where very deceiving as the house was much older, outdated, and smaller. Beds all need to be replaced, all furniture is out dated. Shower hardly worked so we all had to share one shower. Marina is near house do really not a private beach as it appears online. BBQ grill bottom was all rusted out when we open the lid and fell out. Gas tank was empty. Had to call fir new grill. Most Disappointed VRBO stay! Way over priced. Don’t stay here!!! Do your research!

Great Home

There was an issue of being locked out - Tom was VERY quick to respond, but couldn't get us in. We found a slider open and climbed through that way - a spare key should be kept with resident manager. There was only seating for 5 in the kitchen, as well as 5 forks. We had to buy plastic so we could all eat with forks instead of spoons. The hot water in kitchen needs to be labeled so guests know it is reversed. We were left with one roll of paper towels. The cabinet hardware and frig interfere with oven door so it does not open all the way. You cannot open both sleeper sofas - so I feel that the advertising of Sleeps 10 is misleading. A/C worked GREAT! Overall, this was a GREAT unit and would recommend to others

Needs allot of renovations

First want to say the location is AWESOME and this has the potential to be an incredible property and get away for everyone, However there are some major things that need to be addressed especially for the price they charge. 1.Needs MAJOR paint touchups inside the entire house very shabby looking at some of the spots throughout. 2. Master bathroom opens right up into the room so you are literally going to the bathroom in the room with whoever you are with. 3.There is central air but WAY underpowered for the space. There is one room unit in the house but only in the hallway kitchen area so does not help any of the rooms or living room. (even in the window units in each room would be better) 4. Master shower is TINY even for a small person practically have to put one foot out while showering and it is so close to the toilet you can actually put one foot in the shower while on the toilet. (RIDICULOUS LAYOUT) and not like there is not plenty of room for them to revamp it. 5. There are Kayaks that you can use but were very very banged up and half the oars were broke or missing and over all shabby as well. 6. WiFi is HORRIBLE and the router is located in some other house so the signal is super weak and almost non existent. (yes you're on vacation in a tropical place, for those who would complain why would you need internet?, but people do watch Netflix, check emails ect. when on vacation) I really wanted to love this place and am disappointed to have to give a negative review but I felt I had to be 100% honest when I wrote this review being that people are paying top dollar for this house that they work very hard for, only to be disappointed. I am a realest and knew it was an older Key West house so make no mistake I was not expecting a five star caliber place, it's Key West and am well aware it's a bohemian area and expect the properties to be older and beachy, But this place was just shabby and run down and not well thought out as far as the air conditioner and bathroom ect. This place could be INCREDIBLE with some TLC and a few tweaks and hopefully the owners will take this as constructive criticism and make the upgrades and changes. I took lots of pictures of all the things that needed attending to but see there is no place to add pics on here so will post them on yelp as well. PS there is a HUGE skylight in the master bathroom that heats the room up like an oven. This could be avoided by simply adding a shade that can be removed when needed

Family fun

We are a huge family traveling on school vacations several times a year. The view and waterfront were beyond belief. The teens took the boats and. Kayaks out to explore. John prnnicamp state park and Key West were two fun days. Don’t miss this well cared for waterfront resort.

A Day In Paradise

We booked this property to stay at after returning from a cruise. We are a group of 7, mostly young adults. We arrived early and the housekeeping staff hustled to allow us in the house early. We had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the outside accommodations, the hammock, the lounge chairs and outdoor seating. The bathroom near the water was especially appreciated. We saw many lizards, birds and fish. We were immediate visited by a sting ray when we walked out on the dock. Once we took the kayaks and paddle boards out we had close up uncounters with the neighborhood manatees. There are 2 partially sunken ships that we paddled out to and enjoying the sealife that had taken them over with our snorkel gear. The owner, Lana, stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations. Both the house and grounds were very clean and well kept. It was easy to get in the locked entrance gate as well as the house. Our entire party agreed this was one of the most enjoyable accommodations we have ever stayed at. We are definitely planning a repeat visit!

Wonderful stay

Property is perfect for a getaway. So beautiful. We stayed in the Bayside and it was just perfect. So much to do. Games, kayaks, fishing. Right on the property we saw fish, manatees, lobster, nurse shark and so much more. Dock was perfect for our boat. I would definitely go there again. Everyone had a great time.

Great 21st Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect location- only 1.5 hrs from my daughter's school. Her friends came down for a couple days of fun on the beach! Even the colder weather didn't spoil the fun. We were able to cook, play games, walk the pier, enjoy the hammocks - all without leaving out spot! We WILL be back!!
