Casa Lys is a magnificent brand-new home, recently renewed, well-appointed beach front and an amazing view from the pool area in Playas del Coco.

This is a 2 floor residence with an apartment on the main floor with a living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, there are 5 bedrooms in the second floor. The first bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom with a tub and 2 sinks, a TV and a spectacular ocean view, the second bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom and TV, the third and forth bedroom share a full bathroom, each room has queen beds and a tv and the fifth bedroom has a full size bunk bed, a full bathroom and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, cookware, utensils. The spacious living room area with Smart TV and easy access to the private pool is the perfect spot, also has a bar to spend some time. An apartment with its own living room and kitchen, a bedroom with a x bed and a master bathroom. Complementary WIFI access and a football table is part of the home amenities.

Relax yourself at the pool with comfortable lounge chairs, having breakfast in the terrace surrounded by nature and a spectacular ocean view. A BBQ Grill is also available for a meal during your stay, also perfect to have a chef to cook or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in Playas del Coco. The beach and town are just a few minutes away to do groceries and visit different shops.

This is a beautiful home and our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. Being right on the beach was ideal seeing we had little ones with us and not having to pack up was a bonus.

Great family location and wonderful service

The team was amazing and very communicative. The house keeper was lovely with our children and made delicious breakfasts. With the pool, ocean and restaurants right nearby it was perfect for our trigenerational trip.

We had an amazing time at this residence. It was perfect. Incredibly spacious and the layout of the home was very nice. You cannot find a better location and right on the beach. The open floor plan and abundance of seating and dining was much appreciated with my large family. We are a family of 8 with six busy children and each person was able to have quiet time alone or lively commotion and the foose ball table probably was overheating from competitive use. I love cooking and the kitchen was set up with everything you need for preparing breakfast and dinner for a large party. The house rental comes with a housekeeper who made my vacation more enjoyable as she did an amazing job keeping things clean and in order so I felt like I could relax. The Main Street is just up the way with lots of restaurants and activities as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy a true getaway. The Host was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Costa Rica is our new favorite place.

Amazing

We had an incredible stay at the house. The staff was super helpful and the house was gorgeous. The pool and access to the beach worked out so well for our group. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Coco Beach area. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures and is so great for a group of family and friends, like we had.

Amazing vacation

Beautiful house right on the beach. The location is absolutely perfect, the sunset view from the infinity pool, the best restaurant on coco beach right next door and the architecture that turns the heads of every person walking by. The manager of the house was very accommodating and helpful, would definitely be back

Wonderful Home!

We had a fabulous experience. The home is quite spacious for families of all ages! The location is wonderful. BUT, there are roosters that sound off during most of the night. Put pink noise on during the night and that helps. Marisol is a gem. She is so incredibly personable and we loved getting to know her. Her daily help and kindness was over the top!

Beach house

The property was exceptional. Edgar was amazing. He helped us out many times during our stay!! The roosters were really annoying and so was the ash from beach fires. Edgar came and cleaned our deck one day!!

Beautiful, contemporary property

We stayed on the property with another family— a totally of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The property itself has all modern amenities and the pool area is perfect for cooling off or watching a perfect sunset from your lounge chair. Or you could walk to the beach in two minutes right from the property. Our managers were also amazing. Only detriment was the property right next door with dogs and roosters making noise starting at 3 or 4a.m.

Beautiful house

Casa de Lys is the most beautiful house in Playa del Coca. We stayed with 2 families, 10 people total and there was plenty of space. The pictures on vrbo don’t do justice. The only complaint we have is there’s a very friendly rooster next door that definitely wakes you at 5am. Maybe bring some ear plugs! The house is located close town, takes about 4 minutes by golf cart. The beach outside the back door is perfect for swimming. If you want to surf drive an hour south to Tamarindo. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

Amazing stay at Casa De Lys. Pictures can be deceiving, but Casa De Lys is even better than the pictures illustrate. The back of the house points directly West providing amazing sunsets. The modern design and cantilever roof provide shade all day from the hot sun. The Pacifico Beach Hotel is to the left and has a great restaurant, bar. massage services, and paddle board rentals. Bahia Coco beach and waves are very mild and great for younger kids. You can walk along the beach to the downtown and beach front area (20 min). Plenty of great restaurants to try out. The house itself is very spacious with a huge area downstairs for gatherings. Every morning Marisol would arrive and make fresh Costa Rica style coffee, tidy and clean the house, and if requested prepare breakfast or lunch. She made a traditional Costa Rican lasagna with plantains. And a Espinaca soup for those of us who had a little too much fun the night before. Edgar was the property manager. We had an issue with the water, but Edgar and team were on top of it and fixed the issue in a timely manner. All in all we had a amazing experience at Casa De Lys and I would highly recommend it.

40th Bday Trip!

From the booking to the arrival from the 8 night stay all the way till we left Edgar the house property manager and Brian the adventure guy at Zindis Group were Fantastic! They helped us with anything we may have and were always trying to make our stay even better! The house is gorgeous in every way, just very high tech with the lighting! So I’d make sure you def know how to work all the lights and air! We spent a ton of time on the gorgeous pool deck and even had a wonderful private dinner out there one night! The pool needs to be circulating all the time I must say! I would totally recommend this house, it sits on the beach and is next door to a fabulous beach club that’s super yummy! This was considered slow season so it was super chill! Thanks again for making my 40th bday memorable! Ps. Be nice to our friend “Costa” kitty that loved us everyday. She’s so sweet and harmless

Just Wow! And we’ve done this before

Our eleventh rental in Guanacaste. This house and its fantastic caretakers have it all. Thank you Marisol and Edgar - the pride in your work, professionalism and smiling faces were phenomenal. Zindis is lucky to have you. The house is fantastic - like living in Architectural Digest. Very well maintained and equipped. Stocked generously with consumables. House is smart - just let it do its thing. Terrace/pool area can only be appreciated in person - a highlight was meals there (basically beachside) where you can hear the waves and see people enjoying the water. Furnishings are quality. Beds are comfortable - easily accommodates 10 people. Pool and grounds are really nice - sprinkled and manicured. Beach access is a breeze. Walkable to dozens of restaurants. Super secure property in a mellow neighborhood of vacation and local properties - yes, you will hear a rooster or two in the morning from next door but that’s the charm of CR. Some monkeys but not as many as other locations - might be the 98 degree weather. And did I mention Marisol - what a treasure - a smiling face every morning. Great job and thank you to the property owner for sharing your investment with others! Will rent again.

Paroxysme du luxe au Costa Rica

La maison est tout simplement exceptionnelle dans tous ses aspects, architecture, intérieure comme extérieur, literie, cuisine, piscine, tout est absolument époustouflant. Que dire de Marie Sol, elle a été aux petits soins et a également aider pour les excursions, les repas avec chef à la maison, des petits déjeuners superbes… un vrai trésor inespéré. Edgar aussi a été impeccable lors de l’arrivée. La plage est très belle également, le village sympathique (on recommande Mar Azul comme restaurant le meilleur du coin assurément) Seule ombre au tableau pour les sommeils légers, les coqs dans le terrain adjacent qui commence à 3h40 et les nombreux incessants aboiements (boules quies recommandées.)
