Private Carriage House in Diverse & Historic East Nashville- Minutes to Downtown

Your own space in the heart of East Nashville - the most diverse, eclectic and historic neighborhood in Nashville. The Carriage House apartment (with 750 Five Star Reviews on the other site) is above a detached garage with your own private entrance and parking space. Since it is above the garage, please note there is one flight of stairs and the garage is actively used for parking (noise is very minimal) but is separated from the living space by a locked door. The space can sleep up to 4 people when using the pullout couch bed. Full kitchenette, 1 Bedroom, 1 full bath residence has everything you need with top of the line furnishings, decor and complimentary amenities. Nashville City PERMIT 201531102

Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and bars and local shopping.

Only minutes to the heart of Downtown Nashville and only 15 min from the airport (give or take with traffic).

I don't believe in a long list of check out instructions since you paid a cleaning fee, so please just leave the space in a "generally tidy" condition.
No need to take out trash (unless there is something extremely smelly) or strip bedding. Used towels and wash cloths can be left in the bathroom floor.
Please do not leave a sink full of dishes on check out. Once you have departed, please send a note to let me know so I can alert the cleaner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sorry - local bookings are not permitted. The space is reserved for out of town travels and not for local events/photoshoots/etc.
Parking is permitted ONLY in the designated parking spot. No parking in the alley or blocking the garage door. Use street parking for addtl space

Jason's place is wonderful. It is exactly as pictured only better. The little extras like snacks, coffee, and toiletry products were a really nice touch. The location is a short walk to downtown with many bars and restaurants nearby. The space is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I would love to stay here again if I am back in Nashville.

The Carriage House is stylish, comfortable, clean, and well located. It was a great place to stay for a night out in East Nashville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt very safe when we walked to dinner nearby. Jason was a fantastic host, adding some very nice personal touches. This was such a quiet, peaceful apartment in Nashville and such a great place to stay. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it had every amenity we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!
