Hi! Our names are Jake & Samiera! We are lifetime Madisonians, and are excited for you to stay with us and enjoy all that Madison has to offer! Madison is an incredible diverse city with so much to offer... from lake life (kayaking, boating, sitting on the dock) to live music nearly every weekend, to all the family-friendly events here every week! We will leave an info booklet for you at the property, but don't hesitate to reach out if you would like recommendations on a specific restaurant or activity - we're happy to help, and hope you fall in love with Madison!

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a "starter kit", we HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay such as extra towels/blankets/soap/shampoo/cooking spray/etc.

ENTRY
There is a keypad located at the side door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING
There are 4 parking spots in the driveway on the property.

INTERNET/CABLE/TV's
There is reliable high speed internet throughout the lakehouse.
There are TV's in all the bedrooms & living room all offer SmartTV features, available for you to log into your own account to enjoy!

GRILL
We have a Charcoal grill on the property but we do not have charcoal. The guest will be responsible for providing this. We do however have the utensils such as tongs, burger flipper, and grill scraper.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all of the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/ Utensils.

WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE:
For your safety, we do not allow guests to use the wood-burning fireplace
