One bedroom one full bath with exterior porch with views of the pasture and woods. Full bed on upper level, couch on lower. Interior and exterior entry with a spiral staircase to bedroom with two sitting areas. Lower living area has a flat screen and full kitchen. Large open bathroom with interior and exterior entry and double rain shower heads. Over 40 acres of land for horses, atvs, running or a lazy day spent by Snapping shoals creek that boarders the entire length of the back of the property. Grill and two stone firepits. Plenty of parking, round pen, six stall pole barn for horses or atv storage.

the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator.

Bryanna, Its a shame you feel entitled to go to an airbnb registered for two guests and have multiple guests for days destroying another persons hard work. The couch was broken, It took six hours to clean the mess. Thank you for not paying for the item you took with you and the fees you incurred for extra guests and cleaning. Its people like you that make it crappy for everyone else.
