It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.

Two safe and convenient parking spots. There were utensils in the kitchen that we used to eat in when we didn’t want to eat out (a big plus!). A/C was great and lots of hot water. Despite being in Uptown, the nights were quiet. The housekeeper (Joseline) was wonderful.

If you are considering, book it! Wonderful space which was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very stylish. You will be very close walking distance to uptown Sedona which is a huge plus. We would definitely stay again.

Kitchen and bathroom well supplied (didn’t do any cooking with one night stay). Home was very tidy and clean. Very quiet area, parking space off street appreciated. Several issues that were unsatisfactory: 1. Flooring was cold, no area rugs anywhere, not even in bathroom. 2. No bedding for sleeper couch in living room other than a fitted sheet and a small “throw” blanket. 3. Heating units on wall were noisy, on and off all night, difficult to sleep.

The property was in an excellent location but these old eyes found it a bit dark. Our host had everything spic and span. The fireplace was great, the coffee was nice to have by the ready, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, according to the better half, was not bright enough for makeup. Would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but we were probably better off without.

Why they chose this property

The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with views and greenery. A short walk to restaurants, shopping, convenience store, healing centers, and bus stop. It is also walking distance to the Sedona Heritage Museum, Oak Creek, and walkable to the Javelina and Jim Johnson Hiking trails, which lead to the 7 sacred pools site. Sedona is a dark sky city, so there will be very little lighting, which is a wonderful opportunity for stargazing on clear nights.
