The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-NOTIFY OWNER OF ETA FOR CHECK OUT & once gone. -START a load of Towels upon checkout & place all other dirty linens/towels in laundry area.
-ALL TRASH/FOOD taken out (house & refrigerator) Trash = Tuesday (trash along alley at the back) Recycling = Wednesday (@front of house @ Alley & Taylor Street). - LEAVE KEYS in mailbox @ checkout.
-IF PETS, CLEAN up the YARD AFTER YOUR FUR BABY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL GUESTS WITH PETS...who do not clean up the yard after their pet will incur a $200 clean up fee. Due to guests NOT cleaning up after fur babies.
PLEASE LEAVE KEYS IN MAILBOX UPON CHECKOUT. ALERT Owners of your eta for Checkout time and once you have left.
All TRASH (and refrigerator items bagged disposed of in outside bins) START a load of TOWELS Leave all dirty bedding/towels in laundry area
