Cozy home away from home
Enjoy this 1400 square feet newly renovated basement with a separate private entrance, which includes a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a full-size bunk bed on the lower level and a twin size bed on the upper level. Includes a fully functional kitchen and washer/dryer.
Great location!! We are 40 minutes from Washington, DC. Convenient to all commuter services, parks, all 5 Lake Ridge pools and Lake Ridge marina. Our home is 1 mile from the nearest grocery store.
The space
The living room is perfect for entertaining as it has an electric fireplace. The dining area is open to the living room and seats5 people. This space is also great for remote workers as the desk can be utilized in the sitting or standing position.

Guests will have access to the entire 1400 square foot basement which includes 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with standup tiled shower, washer/dryer, fully-stocked kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and sink.
