Pet Friendly Ranch - One Bedroom Apartment

Cozy apartment on peaceful 10 acre ranch tucked into foothills of west Murrieta. Feel like you are secluded but only 3 min from shopping, freeways, and anything you need. Ranch is 10 acres with seasonal** pond and horses may be on property occasionally. Also includes use of cabana area with BBQ, firepit, Palapa and more. Centrally located near wineries, hiking/biking trails, hospitals, shopping, freeways, and many other points of interest.

The Unit: Downstairs one bedroom apartment part of a 4 unit building located on 10 acre ranch. Feels like you are in a secluded hideaway but are actually conveniently located only 3 min from town. Unit is an DOWNSTAIRS unit with private entrance. There is a unit above. Main bed is a queen bed. Secondary bed is a sofa bed that is also a queen. The living room has couch and smart TV. There is also a workspace with desk. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, utensils, coffee, coffee maker and toaster.

The Property: We are a 10 acre ranch located in West Murrieta at base of foothills. We are not up in the hills, we are very close to town, but feels like you are secluded. Property offers seasonal pond, horses on occasion, large cabana area , and additional enclosed yard with table and bbq. The cabana down behind the pond area has a full kitchen, bathroom, TV's, BBQ, firepit, sand pit and trampoline. All these are common spaces.

Important Notes: There maybe other guests staying in the other 3 units during your stay. All amenities such as pond and party cabana maybe shared with other guests. Pond is seasonal and may be dry during your stay. Horses are here occasionally and may or may not be on property during your stay.

The property is a 10 acre ranch that also includes a seasonal pond and cabana area. Guests can use cabana area which includes BBQ, Palapa, full kitchen, bathroom, TV's, sand pit, fire pit, and trampoline. Please note these are all shared spaces and may also be off limits at times.

Please note, this is a ranch type/rural stay, NOT a suburban, luxury, or hotel type stay. This is a rustic setting. It gets windy here, which actually keeps it cooler. You may see wild animals such as snakes, spiders, squirrels, mice, birds, and even coyotes as well as a variety of bugs. There also may be friendly dogs around property. Also, because of winds and rural setting, things tend to get dusty at times, especially if you leave windows or doors open. We keep units and property very clean and tidy, however, nature does prevail sometimes. Just want all guests to be aware of it. Guests who most enjoy their stay here come for the nature and rustic aspects, not only for a place to sleep. Finally, pond is seasonal and may be dry during your stay. Horses are also seasonal and may or may not be present during your stay.
