Hello, discerning traveler! Welcome to a newly listed luxury 2-bedroom penthouse. You’ll be centrally located in Lake Worth, just between two of the most popular vacation and business destinations — West Palm and Delray Beach (and beach 5-mins drive!).
Whether you are looking for a perfect vacation destination where you can take a picturesque bike ride through a beautiful Lake Worth neighborhood or a peaceful place to work from home and still enjoy resort-like amenities — you've found it here.
If you are looking for a place that feels like home (or even better ;) ), look no further!
I have spent time, effort, and a lot of care to make sure the place isn’t just pleasing to the eye but is also comfortable and hassle-free. It’s the little things that set this property apart — the things that are so often overlooked by hosts and hotels but that add so much comfort and make a place truly feel like a home away from home:
• 10’ ceilings
• Blackout curtains
• Two 65” smart TVs
• Large adjustable-height office desk
• Nespresso coffee machine
• Large dining table that sits 6
• Two twin beds — or covert them into one king!
• Wine and champagne glasses
• Laundry detergent and other cleaning essentials
• Two dedicated parking spaces
• 12” mattresses, medium firm, with plush memory foam
• King-size gelled microfiber pillows in each bedroom
• Full washer and dryer in the unit
• High-speed internet
• Plenty of storage space
And more for you to discover while staying here :)
For stays of 2 weeks or more, the following is required:
1) Sign the Florida residential lease electronically.
2) Fill out the HOA application electronically (a soft background check will be submitted). Your credit score will remain confidential and will not affect the application process. The process is simple and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. There is a separate non-refundable charge of $150 per person or per married couple, and $250 for non-U.S. residents. Payment for this fee can be made in the form of a money order/personal check or via VRBO additional payment request.
The only reason for an HOA application to be denied is if the applicant has been convicted of serious felonies or has committed crimes against children.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions on this prior to your reservation.
