Pop into town and shop the art district, enjoy the nightlife and amazing restaurants, and seasonal festivities around the Courthouse. Then leave Whiskey Row behind and head to this peaceful mountain retreat to relax and enjoy nature.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds but leave the sheets in the rooms. This way, it is easier for the cleaning team to know which sheets go back to which bedroom.
The first upstairs door leading to the patio must be locked from the outside. The key is in the closet. Pull the handle up and back and lock it, then remember to replace the key!
Please hang up damp towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Prescott is the Christmas town of AZ and a cool escape from the Phoenix summer heat. Located only 3 miles from downtown Prescott, where you will find all kinds of activities, restaurants and nightlife, this quiet and serene home has views beyond comparison.

What makes this property unique

Magnificent views from every single room in the house. Quiet and peaceful. Come relax and enjoy the pines. Cool off in the summer and experience the fall season with festivities for all holidays. Dogs are welcome but please beware of the javelina in the area. Keep your dogs on a leash when outside.
