The building is above the NSLC Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.
We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.
We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we do offer on request:
-playpen -highchair -baby bath -ask us...you never know. A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

The unit was very well equipped and very clean and spacious. I appreciated the scent-free soaps.The location is great, with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Hating a parking spot was a big plus.
The apartment is in a convenient location. The host has done an excellent job of anticipating guest needs and is also very responsive to any questions.

Great location right downtown in Halifax! The apartment was beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean. Jeremy was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. We drove out there from Toronto and it was amazing to have a designated parking spot in the lot downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again!
We loved staying here. It was very clean and comfortable.The location was great; an easy walk to stores, boardwalk, public garden, and restaurants. Jeremy’s instructions and suggestions were very detailed and he was quick to respond to questions. The location was also an easy 1-hr trip to Peggys Cove, Lunenberg, and the Tidal Bore.

I had an amazing stay here. The apartment was honestly above my expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed in every room — the bedroom, laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen was especially convenient. All the cooking essentials were available, even olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, sugar, and coffee, so I didn’t have to go out to restaurants.
The location is perfect and very safe. I was able to go out early in the morning or come back late without any worries. Everything I needed was close by: drugstores, supermarkets, cafés, and the bus station.
Communication was easy and smooth, and my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
As others have said, you can’t beat the location – and the safe secure, off-street parking. The unit was perfect for the two of us for about four days in Halifax. There isn’t much of a view from the windows, but it still has some light and we were only there in the evenings anyway. You can walk to great restaurants and there’s also a shopper and a grocery store nearby.
We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The waterfront, citadel, Public Gardens, museums, and many, many restaurants.
The property was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. The host was quick to communicate and help with our only issue - how to use the TV.
