You can access all of Downtown and Midtown Phoenix via the Valley Metro Light Rail system, which is practically next door on Central Avenue! The Light Rail will take you from Central Phoenix through Midtown/Downtown, to Sky Harbor Airport, and even to ASU in Tempe!

This is a great central location to access any part of the Phoenix metro area by car.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in **trip fees**.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance
