Perfect for a visit to Morehead City

Perfect for our Thanksgiving visit to Morehead City. Great location, clean, well appointed, quiet, easy in/out and a fully fenced backyard for our dogs. Highly recommended, hope to stay here again.

Impeccable Cottage and fabulous location!

We stayed here to attend an engagement party in Atlantic Beach. The cottage was perfect for two couples and the location was great to visit Beaufort and Atlantic Beach. The cottage was impeccably, clean, very nicely decorated, and super comfortable! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

Clean and spacious

We enjoyed our recent stay on 2307 Bay St. The house was spotless and completely renovated/ updated. The layout of the house worked well for our family and it was located close to the bridge to AB and just a few mins from downtown MH. The neighborhood was quiet and (it appears that) the neighboring houses are slowly being renovated. Overall a nice stay.

Nice house for a stay in Morehead City

Quiet Neighborhood just s short distance from the main hwy through Morehead City. Nice modern amenities on the inside.(Great TV!) We were only there for a brief stay and didn't use much of the kitchen, but there is a nice kitchen and deck available for dining in. The house was very clean and an easy drive/Uber to downtown Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. Thomas gave very clear instructions for arrival/check-in and departing. We didn't experience any issues while we were there. We enjoyed our stay on the Crystal Coast.

Short Beach Getaway

My husband and I wanted a short beach trip with our dog. We knew we needed a yard for him and wanted to be close to everything. This house was just what we needed. We will stay again.

Tornado

Had to get a place due to repairs being done on my home due to the tornado hitting my home. My dog now has issues with loud noises. This was the perfect place. Fenced in backyard, the neighbors seemed friendly. I could relax if not for just a little while. The owner was pleasant to talk to. I have no complaints.

Wedding night stay

We got married on Saturday and needed somewhere to stay that night. While the house next door is burned and abandoned, this house was perfect. I would definitely recommend renting it!

Cute house in Morehead city

This house was perfectly located for a race I had in Beaufort, NC. It also was close enough to my family in Morehead City, so that I didn’t have to drive far to see them. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was nice and clean. We had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend stay!

Great weekend in Morehead City

House is really nice, the owners did a nice job of renovating and updating this house. Location is great, close to beach and the scuba dive shops. We will definitely stay here again. I would have given all five stars except for one small thing. The back yard is not fenced in, this would have made it perfect. This would have been nice for the pups.

Everything we could ask for in a rental

This property was everything my family and I could ask for in a vacation rental. The house is beautiful and very well kept. It has a modern interior and wonderful layout. The fact that it is dog friendly pushed it over the top. The property manager was wonderful and even let us check in a little early. Communication was excellent. The location was super convenient with the beach being only about 5 minutes away. The neighborhood it is located in is quiet and gave me a good vibe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Moorehead City area. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future!

Short fishing trip

We booked 3 nights so that we could do a little fishing in the area. This was our first time in the area and we really enjoyed the property’s close proximity to the various areas that we wanted to check out (Beaufort & Atlantic Beach both a super short drive). The home was exceptionally well kept and all the listed supplies were available which was great. Check in/out was easy. We would definitely come back- the only thing that would have made our stay even better (10 stars) was if they finished off the back yard fencing so we could have enjoyed grilling in the backyard without keeping our dog on a leash. Overall would highly recommend!! Thanks!!

Beautifully remodeled cottage, 5 stars

Rental was very clean, completely remodeled/updated, new and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. There is a very cool electric fireplace that we used in the evenings for ambiance. The rental allows for two pets with no weight limit which was awesome. Pet fee is $25/night for each pet. In the pictures it appears that the yard is fenced, but it is not completely closed in so we had to walk the pups. Backyard was level and clean, would recommend spraying because the mosquitoes were plentiful due to excess rain prior to arrival (we bought bug spray which helped). There is a nice fire pit outback and beautiful deck. The neighborhood was quiet. I was a little taken back about location; on the map it shows a pin drop that is about 5 blocks away, when you get closer to travel date the website releases the actual address (for safety reasons) which you can see on Google Maps it is next to a eyesore of a vacant house. I discussed concerns about that with the owner, Thomas, who was very responsive and addressed this. VRBO drops that pin on the listing, and the owners were trying to acquire that property to fix it up. With that said, the area was really nice and quiet. It was; very close to marina, Carolina Beach, Beaufort, shops and restaurants. I made many trips over the bridge to Beaufort Bark Doggy Day Care for my pups (highly recommend them and Bayside Pet Resort). I would stay again and recommend this rental! Very clean and beautifully remodeled! 5 Star
