This charming two level home, with its light & airy atmosphere, offers a relaxed and cozy setting on top of sunny Park Hill. Moonstone Beach, Shamel Park & the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are all within easy walking distance. The house itself offers a large & comfortable living/dining area with pitched ceilings, lots of windows & a gas free standing fireplace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds & 2 full baths. In addition, there is a sitting room/loft area located off the master bedroom that has its own deck with views to the pretty backyard area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave & dishwasher has everything you need for those times you prefer dining in. Outfitted with TV/VCR/DVD and Cable TV, CD/Tape/Radio/Stereo player as well as wireless internet. This home also features a private garden, three decks, garage, Weber charcoal BBQ & a washer/dryer.

Pelican Cottage is a quiet retreat that will allow you to enjoy the beauty of Cambria. Walk on the beach, stroll along the bluff trail & see local wildlife or enjoy the tranquility of your immediate surroundings at the home itself. It is also easy to catch the local 'Otter Trolley' into the Village of Cambria for shopping, dining or just getting to know our beautiful coastal community. Hearst Castle is within a 15 minute drive of the house, as well as the Elephant Seal Viewing areas that are very popular for visitors as well as local residents. Enjoy sampling some of the local award winning wines located close by in the Paso Robles Wine Region or explore the other coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay. The house was very clean and neighbors were friendly. We didn’t spend much time there during the day, but evenings/nights were nice and quiet. The weather was wonderful all weekend as well! Overall a great stay

Wonderful place for our small family to spend some time together. House is in excellent condition. Neighborhood is nice. Really liked the extra areas off of each of the bedrooms. Kitchen is small but seems recently redone and is very well lighted. There was space for our two cars to park off street. Property manager was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and she went out of her way to help us with a couple of questions we had.

Cambria Retreat and Wine Tasting

Rest and relaxation, visiting familiar wineries and new ones as well. One thing about the cottage, I would have appreciated a water kettle, we are tea drinkers, not coffee.

Wanted a quick weekend getaway in Cambria - the rental was wonderful. Super easy communication, house had everything one would need. Clean, comfy, close to multiple hikes, Moonstone Beach, Harmony, Hearst Castle - it was great - 5 stars for sure!

Pelican Cottage - 5 Stars!

The cottage was charming. We LOVED the upstairs - the sunroom was the perfect place for me to get some work done, plus room to do yoga.The property manager was wonderful and responsive to a minor matter. We enjoyed our 10-day stay, and were reluctant to leave.

Wonderful home.

So happy we were able to stay in this home. It was so warm & homey and at the same time, very clean and organized. It is in a perfect location, a quick walk to the beautiful Fiscalini Ranch and Moonstone Beach. Communication was clear, helpful and very pleasant. We highly recommend this home!

Lovely Respite

This property is very warm and inviting. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcome and peaceful. This home is in a nice neighborhood and it is quiet. It was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It is close enough to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve so you can walk. I would definitely stay here again!
