The property has one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a big and cozy pull-out sofa comfortable for 2 people to sleep on, a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, toilet, and a terrace.

Why they chose this property
This lovely two-bedroom apartment is located away from the noise in a peaceful area of Zadar, but also just 5 minutes away from the City Galleria shopping mall and a bit more from the city center (by car). You will see that Zadar is a small town and that everything is close, but supermarkets, bars, shopping malls (City Galleria or Supernova), restaurants, beaches, and much more locations are all 5-10 minutes away. Public parking space areas are available in a few locations next to the building and you will have no problem finding parking space.

Our apartment is just 10 minutes away by car from the city center and the old town. The shopping malls City Galleria and Supernova are also just 5 minutes away by car from our location and this is where you can find everything from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, post office, shopping stores, and much more.

You can easily move around on foot since the city center, shopping mall, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, museums, and other locations from 5 minutes away by foot, to 5-10 minutes away by car.
