You will feel the Old World charm of Azure the minute to drive or walk up the circle drive past the fountain and archway entrance. Our fourth floor condo (Azure 405) continues that WOW FACTOR with its modern new coastal glam style.

This one-of-a-kind natural quartzite stone from Brazil will catch your eye as soon as you walk inside ... with its "waterfall" edge and unique veins of deep blue, gold, copper and crystal geode-looking pockets. New sleek flat-panel, European style cabinets complete the look, along with the new high-end stainless sink and faucet.

You'll see the coastal glam look carry into the dining and living areas as well with the distinctive crystal beaded chandelier, custom hand-painted living room art, whimsical gold-cast coral coffee table and hammered-brass sofa accent tables.

Our condo offers two master suites, both with king-sized beds and a private bathroom. This unit sleeps up to eight with the two king beds, a queen bed and new queen sleeper. The master has direct access to the balcony, plus a jetted tub, double vanity, and large walk-in shower.

Azure complex offers a heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, outdoor BBQ pits and seating, plus direct access to the beach. We also provide complimentary beach service during your stay for your free use of wooden beach chairs and an umbrella during the popular vacation season each year (spring to mid-autumn).

Great property!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo has been updated with a great look. It is very well furnished and was very comfortable for 3 couples to each have their own bedroom and bath. Kitchen is well stocked. Staff of the property were very professional and the grounds are well kept. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO places around the country and this one rates right up at the top. We will definitely try for this property again when we stay in the area.

Nice Condo!

The property was just like the pictures online. It had gorgeous views and was really close to the pier. During my time there, there was a lot of construction so we chose not to walk but it’s definitely possible on and off the beach with no construction. It’s also in between two really nice towns so there was a TON to do. One positive that my father kept talking about was how this complex had more than one elevator so we were never waiting forever for one. The pools are heated so I’m the summer it was too hot but overall really nice and taken care of.

Beautiful Condo

I would recommend this condo. My family and I come to Azure almost every year and have stayed in several units. Pros: - Nice Decor - Beautiful chairs sitting on the balcony - Was very clean - Beds were comfortable - AC was working very well Cons: - Washing machine was not working well. - The unit needs a new fridge. The water comes out very slow. - It would be nice to have a vacuum. The sand is every wear and a broom just dosent cut it.

Visiting Family for the weekend

The property is very pretty. The view of the beach was amazing. Only one pool and one hot tub was open. The property needs updating. Especially the toilets. They are made for very short people and those of us that have knee issues, well it was painful to use the toilets. Also parking was not great. We had an oversized truck and only two spaces. Sometimes regular cars parked there. Three handicapped spots but one was blocked off for contractors. Unless some changes are made we will try a different venue next time. The woman in charge was amazing. We called if there was a problem such as TV didn’t work because we used the wrong control.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Azure in Fort Walton. The condo was very nice and was at a location where you could walk to many restaurants. Although beach service with two beach chairs and an umbrella were included in the rental only guests paying for the beach service got priority. We were on a first come first serve basis and most of the front row was reserved for beach service paying guests. The condo was pretty equipped but could use a few more essentials. One of the drawers in the refrigerator was broken, the hair dryer needed to be replaced (although I bought my own) and the stove top was broken. A printed TV guide would have been helpful. Although none of these items would prevent me from renting again, they kept the resort very clean, upheld the rules of the resort and all of the staff I had interactions with were very helpful and supportive. I felt very safe at this resort.

Also enjoyed the full size washer and dryer for keeping up with beach towels. Did a great job of communicating all the required info about both our stay and departure a few days prior to our vacation and like the text alert for when we could get in and notifying them if our departure. The Azure complex was well maintained, pools were very clean and walkway to beach was an easy walk with two sets of showers. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend Azure 405 for a stay on Okaloosa Island!
