Thank you for your review—we value all guest feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points. At no time during your stay—whether at check-in, during your stay, or upon checkout—did you raise any concerns about the initial cleaning status of the property. The issue was only brought up after we notified you about the extensive presence of fine glitter throughout our property right after your departure. It is surprising that you are now blaming us for a cleaning issue when you had previously apologized for using glitter. Despite our cleaners spending extra time on deep cleaning, we have yet to receive the necessary payment from you, and the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, we just had a complaint from the first guest to stay after your departure regarding the presence of glitter. As the host, I personally stayed at the property for two days, washing every fabric item possible—including bedding, towels, blankets, sofa covers, and cushion covers—yet the glitter remains. It has embedded itself into nearly every corner and surface, including inside our washer and dryer. Due to the ongoing impact on our business, we will be arranging another deep cleaning. Moving forward, we will be implementing a new house rule strictly prohibiting the use of glitter on the property to prevent similar issues in the future.
